D&C Pharma B.V.  is a joint venture company of Pharmamatch B.V. and Tocelo Chemicals B.V.

D&C Pharma B.V.is based in The Netherlands with a representative office in Chengdu, China headed by Ms. Su Huili. Ms. Su has a broad experience in obtaining EDQM and FDA approval for DMF's and manufacturing facilities. Because of the long established name and excellent personal relations of Tocelo we have direct access to all major pharmaceutical manufacturers in China. This combined with the well established EU network of Pharmamatch B.V. makes D&C Pharma your ideal partner for high quality API's. 

D&C Pharma's objective is to provide European customers with better priced API’s without compromising on the quality of material and/or paperwork. D&C Pharma B.V. will monitor and guide selected Chinese factories in their development of EU DMF’s, as well as in upgrading, where necessary, their GMP- and GLP-system upto EU- standard, and conduct quality audits on a regular basis. The objective is to file these CTD format DMF’s for a COS at the EDQM. At the moment D&C Pharma is developing the following DMF’s.

Separately D&C Pharma can offer the opportunity of preparing “custom made” DMF’s.
